We designed the grooming suite with your pet's unique needs in mind and use only the safest tools and techniques. For example, all of our tables have hydraulic lifts to minimize lifting and impacts to bones and joints, we hand dry whenever we can or use non-heated air drying, and we have three different sized tubs to accommodate different sized dogs. Our grooming service always starts with an assessment of your animal's general health and includes:

• Bath with an all natural, biodegradable, cruelty-free shampoo that is suited for your pet
• A facial, which is a special tearless cleanser that is gently massaged into facial hair. The dogs go crazy for it!
• Eyes and ears are gently cleaned
• Teeth are brushed
• Feet and paws are neatened
• Nails are trimmed
• Sanitary area is trimmed
• Anal glands are expressed (externally) if needed

We allow you to make appointments so that you can conveniently schedule your day around a specific time and minimize the amount of time that your pet is away from you. However, feel free to drop off your pet in the morning and pick up later in the day if flexibility is more your style.
